One of the best ways to take care of your skin is to find a sunscreen you love and use it every day!
Supergoop's Glow line is one of my favorites. I use the clear Glow Stick and Glow Oil on my face and the antioxidant mist for body (all have SPF 50). Supergoop! also has tinted sunscreens I use when I'm going out and want a little extra glow.
Coola is also amazing and I've been using their sunscreens for years for both me and my boys. Coola has lots of organic and unscented options great for kids and anyone with sensitive skin.
For the beach, I always put on my sunblock before I leave the house and I never leave home without a wide-brim hat and oversized sunnies.
