One question I get all the time is: What advice would you give your younger self on how to start and grow a business?
The answer is, I would tell myself to stop tripping over myself and fearing failure. Also, no one will ever love and care about your brand the way you do, so don't be too trusting of people because very often, they have the wrong agenda. Contrary to that, when you find a young loyal star, you have to let them shine and keep promoting and empowering them to succeed and sometimes leave and fly on their own and very often they come back home...And we always welcome them back with open arms. It is never leaving a company that is an issue, it's HOW you leave. Overall, be passionate about your ideas and build an amazing team to help you execute the dream...I would tell my younger (and older) self that!
