What is your return policy?

RACHEL ZOE accepts returns of any unworn, unwashed, & undamaged merchandise with all tags still intact within 14 days of delivery date.

RACHEL ZOE does not accept returns for earrings or merchandise marked as Final Sale.

  • Please note: returns cannot be accepted without a return authorization number
  • Goods must be postmarked within 5 days of authorization
  • Goods must be returned with a prepaid shipping label
  • Footwear must include the original shoe box in its original condition
  • Jewelry must include the original jewelry box in its original condition
  • Shipping charges are not refundable
  • A restocking fee of $7.00 will be deducted from your total refunded amount
  • We only accept returns for items purchased on shoprachelzoe.com

REFUND PROCESSING TIME

Returns are processed within 5-7 business days of package receipt & can only be issued to your original method of payment.

We do not offer exchanges at this time. Place a new order online at your convenience, or contact us at [email protected] and we’ll be happy to assist you.

  • If you are not satisfied with your purchase, return the unused item in its original condition within 30 days of receipt of merchandise for a full refund, less shipping costs.

  • Returns and exchanges are accepted on items that HAVE NOT BEEN USED AND IN ITS ORIGINAL CONDITION AND PACKAGING.
  • Please contact Rachel Zoe before returning any merchandise to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Pack your merchandise in the original shipping box. Please write the RMA # in the upper right-hand corner of the packing slip, along with the return reason. Insure your package for the full value or the merchandise and return it to us using the delivery service of your choice. If we don’t receive if, we cannot issue you a credit.
