For a sunset drink, I love an ice-cold glass of dry, white wine...But when I'm in the mood for a cocktail, Rodger will make us a Rangpur Gimlet (I’ve worked with Tanqueray for years and their gin is perfect for this recipe). Obviously, this is a great opportunity to use a vintage coupe or crystal martini glass, I mean half the fun of happy hour is the fancy glass, right?! 1.5 oz Tanqueray Rangpur Lime Distilled Gin
0.5 oz lime cordial (like Rose's Lime Juice Cordial)
Pour 1.5 ounces of Tanqueray Rangpur Lime Distilled Gin and 0.5 ounces of lime cordial into a shaker with ice. Shake well and strain into a martini glass. Garnish with a twist of lime peel.
